Cancellation

Any cancellation must be in written by email or fax with subject to approval of Casa Ganesha Ubud NO Show, a full nights booking charge will be applied
- Cancellation submitted less than Seven (7) days before arrival date will incur first night charge.
- Cancellation submitted less than Three (3) day before arrival date will incur full period charge.
- Cancellation submitted less than Twenty one(21) days before arrival date will incur first night charge.
- Cancellation submitted less than Fourteen( 14) days before arrival date will incur full period charge

Check In / Check Out

Check in time 14:00 hours, should the guest arrive earlier they have to wait until room is ready
Check out time 12:00 hours
Late check out until 18:00 is charge 50% from the existing contract rate and after 18:00 consider a full night charge applied
Early check in and late check out are subject to space availability and prior notification is requested
